Yoggi Beauty does not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind if you have tried the product.
How long will my return take?

Once you have posted back your item, it will take approximately 2 to 6 business days to reach us.

Once we have received your item, it will take approximately 2 to 3 business days for us to process your return or exchange.

In the case of exchanges, you will receive an email from us with the tracking details for your replacement item once we have processed your return. Refer to our Shipping Policy for details about delivery speed.

In the case of returns, you will receive an email from us with confirmation of your refund, which may take an additional 2 to 5 business days for your bank to process.

Yoggi Beauty delivers Australia-wide using Australia Post and Couriers, and aims to dispatch your order within 24 hours after your payment is made (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery speed is dependent on Australia Post and Couriers and varies from State to State, the postage method you choose (standard or express), as well as holidays and extreme weather events. Delivery can generally be expected:
- 2 to 4 business days after despatch (same State)
- 3 to 6 business days after despatch (Interstate)
