When can I return or exchange an item?

 

An item was missing from my order

Contact our Customer Support with the following information at yoggibeauty.au@gmail.com:

• Order Number

• Name of missing item

If your request is accepted, we will email you confirmation and provide you with information about when you can expect to receive your item.

 

I received the wrong item OR An item arrived damaged or faulty

Contact our Customer Support with the following information at yoggibeauty.au@gmail.com:

• Reason for return or exchange (wrong, damaged or faulty item)

• Order Number

• Name of wrong, damaged or faulty item

• Photo of the wrong, damaged or faulty item

If your request is accepted, we will email you a return postage label and instructions on how and where to send your item.  Please do not dispose of the item (it must be returned to us) and do not post it back to us before receiving our email.

 

I tried the product and experienced an allergic reaction

I did not try the product, but have changed my mind

You may return or exchange items due to change of mind within 30 days of receipt of your order, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused (unopened, in its original packaging, unmarked and not defaced).

• Shipping costs for your return or exchange will be covered by you.

When can I not return or exchange an item?

 

I tried the product, but have changed my mind

Yoggi Beauty does not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind if you have tried the product.

How long will my return take?

 

• Once you have posted back your item, it will take approximately 2 to 6 business days to reach us.

 

• Once we have received your item, it will take approximately 2 to 3 business days for us to process your return or exchange.

 

• In the case of exchanges, you will receive an email from us with the tracking details for your replacement item once we have processed your return.  Refer to our Shipping Policy for details about delivery speed.

 

• In the case of returns, you will receive an email from us with confirmation of your refund, which may take an additional 2 to 5 business days for your bank to process.

Yoggi Beauty delivers Australia-wide using Australia Post and Couriers, and aims to dispatch your order within 24 hours after your payment is made (excluding weekends and public holidays).

 

Delivery speed is dependent on Australia Post and Couriers and varies from State to State, the postage method you choose (standard or express), as well as holidays and extreme weather events.  Delivery can generally be expected:

• 2 to 4 business days after despatch (same State)
• 3 to 6 business days after despatch (Interstate)

• Standard shipping of $10 for orders up to $90
• Free standard shipping for orders over $90

An email will be sent to you once your order is despatched so you can track the delivery of your order online.  Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

 

Please ensure that you provide your correct delivery address when placing your order.  Yoggi Beauty will not be responsible for deliveries where an incorrect has been provided.

 

Please note that if your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or public facility (like a hospital, hotel or school), Australia Post and Couriers may accept the signatures of receptionists or similar administrative staff for receipt of delivery, from which signature Yoggi Beauty will be deemed to have fulfilled its delivery obligation for your order and will not be responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in this way.
